Iqbal was by a client to contest the making of a vesting order which vested freehold property into a company owned by a third-party liquidator. Iqbal's client wanted the freehold property to be vested with him and other leaseholders who had an interest in the freeholds. Iqbal successfully set aside the vesting order and obtained a costs order against the Liquidator.
